SLIDING SASH WINDOWS

Between 80-90% of Landmark's business is repeat orders from other sash window companies and Landmarks Trade Partner Program for Traditional Hardwood Sliding Sash Windows.

Landmark's unrivalled attention to details and quality along with efficient lead times and flexible window specification has allowed our trade partners to grow exponentially.

We encourage you to visit our expansive Essex based workshop in Waltham Abbey where you can meet our team of expert joiners and view examples of our impressive sash windows.

Heritage Sliding Sash Windows

Conservation areas and listed buildings.

What makes Landmark unique is its capacity and efficiency in being able to manufacture large quantities of sash windows with traditional joinery techniques.

Although the majority of windows produced for our Trade Partners are just sliding sashes that they retrofit into the existing original frames, we do also provide a complete box frame service.

Landmark produces a numerous number of box frames on a daily basis for new builds and trade clients who have window contracts for housing associations.

Like with any of our products you can take the windows primed only and unglazed should you wish. Like some sash window companies do, where they glaze and hand paint the windows in their own workshop.

The majority of Sash windows Landmark produces is its heritage sash window range. These sash windows can all be fitted with Slimlite heritage units in a thickness of 12mm, 14mm or 16mm.

With an extensive collection of tooling and cutters Landmark is able to replicate the original detailing found in period windows in London, Essex and hertfordshire. All manufactured with traditional joinery methods and the latest in wood working machinery.

Our box frame and sliding sash window is unique in allowing you to have the smallest depth possible (127mm) and still cater for Heritage double glazed units (16mm). Or the thinnest possible sashes by themselves (32mm) with double glazed units (12mm) and solid putty line bead (7mm).
