Landmark windows are a brilliant company who have created new sash (& standard) windows for me. They listen to what you would like, offer good advice & are very knowledgeable on their work. The 2 builders (Martin & Dylan) who installed the windows were really nice & trustworthy and did a fantastic job.
I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone and consider it a great investment..

I had three new windows made and fitted into the existing sashes in a bay window in a first floor flat. The windows were made of wood and double glazed and partly stained glass. The existing sash boxes were repaired.

The work was all done to a very high standard. Tom and his team were helpful and clear when talking through the scope of work and got a quote across quickly. The fitting team were great and gave updates on the whole process. At the end the place was spotless.

Couldn’t recommend them enough!

I never write reviews but this Company are fantastic & I would recommend without hesitation. Landmark windows replaced all our old sashes in an Edwardian House. They were one of the only companies who would quote just to replace the inside sashes which was all we needed - not the whole box sash. They took great care to match the wood colour precisely and were wonderful to deal with.

I had three beautiful new double-glazed box sash windows fitted during August 2024 in a Victorian house in London. One was a largish 'triple' Venetian-style sash window overlooking the garden. The windows are extremely well made in Sapele and satisfyingly solid. Thank you so much Tom for arranging them and being so patient and also a very special thank you to Martin and Dylan, who did a brilliant job installing them. The installation was expertly done, with great care, and the team was a pleasure to have around. I am very pleased that I went with Landmark and happy to recommend them to others who want a traditional look. I will absolutely be using them again!

Do you service both the Residential & Trade market?

Yes, we have dedicated team of surveyors working directly with our Installations Teams for Residential & Commercial installations.

Currently 80% of our production is dedicated in supplying sash windows & doors direct to trade & other window companies installing for there own Residential customers.

Do you manufacture in Accoya Wood & Hardwood?

Yes, we manufacture in both Accoya Wood & sustainably sourced Sapele Hardwood.

We never use softwood!

What guarantee do you offer on windows & doors?

Windows & doors come with a 10-year guarantee, plus 10-year insurance-backed cover via the Consumer Protection Association (CPA). We also provide a full aftercare service.

What is the lead time on windows & doors?

Manufacture only: 4–6 weeks. Manufacture & install: 6–8 weeks. Exact timings are confirmed with your quote.

Do windows & doors have to be fully finished & glazed?

No, we offer flexible options, including part-finished or unglazed, depending on your project needs.

For trade, we tailor supply based on your own workshop facilities.

Can you help with planning permission for listed buildings or conservation areas?

Yes, we provide detailed heritage planning reports & drawings to support listed building consent and conservation area applications.
